The application of new lighting technologies for the betterment of both design and wellness of people is one particular point of pride for Stephen in the execution of creative lighting installations. Stephen launched his career in the arts and architecture, gravitating quickly towards lighting design. At Mulvey & Banani Lighting (MBL) Stephen has worked on notable projects including the Deloitte Tower, Montreal, Mattamy Athletic Centre, Toronto, University of Toronto’s Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design, Women’s College Hospital Redevelopment, Delta Hotel, Toronto and the Queen Richmond Centre West, Toronto. A seasoned project manager, Stephen’s combined studio arts and design education bring depth and drama to his approach to lighting.
